Designed by UNIfied ‘ CEC-accredited engineers using tier-one solar technology as an interconnected ecosystem, the integrated solution maximises on-site energy generation, reduces operating costs, and significantly cuts carbon emissions.
The synchronised rollout addresses pressing economic and environmental drivers.
THE SOLUTION
High-Efficiency Panels:
A uniform deployment of Jinko Tiger Neo N-type Bifacial 595W panels (JKM595N-72HL4-BDV) ensures maximum capture efficiency across all three structures, capitalizing on both direct and reflected light.
Inverter Infrastructure:
Tailored three-phase Solis inverter architecture is mapped to each roof layout—featuring a Solis 25kW unit, a Solis 30K unit, and a heavy-duty Solis 80kW Three Phase Inverter (S5-GC 80K) for the primary facility.
Robust Warranties:
The project is secured by industry-leading protections, including a 30-year panel performance warranty, 5 to 10-year inverter extensions, and a 5-year workmanship guarantee alongside a daily-monitored Energy Performance Guarantee.

With commercial grid electricity rates climbing over recent years, the capital expenditure—lowered substantially via Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) and direct UNIfied vendor discounts—yields an average payback window of under three years.
